Job Description

• Responsible for a wide spectrum of accounts administrative, secretarial and general office support duties;
• Maintain good filing system for smooth data retrieving.
• Coordinate and schedule all properties accounts and management. 
• Collect, track, assemble and submit corporate expense and activity reports (per event).
• To assist senior account personnel in supports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements etc.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous accounting experience is an advantage but not required.
