Job Summary
The AI / IT Intern will support the technology team in developing, testing, and maintaining systems, as well as assisting in AI-related initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to software development, data analysis, and emerging AI technologies in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and debugging software applications
- Support AI/ML projects such as data preparation, model training, and evaluation
- Conduct research on AI tools, trends, and technologies
- Help maintain IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting issues
- Assist in database management and data analysis tasks
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and user guides
- Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech-related projects
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, or related field
- Strong interest in AI, technology, and innovation
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., data models, algorithms, basic statistics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming languages
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
- Understanding of databases and data visualization tools is beneficial
