Job Description

• Event Coordination – Assist with the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
• On-Site Support – Help with event setup, manage registration desks, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth operations during events.
• Promotional Materials – Assist in designing and producing marketing content such as digital ads, email newsletters, and other promotional assets.
• Market Research – Research industry trends, competitor events, and audience preferences to support event strategies.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Reporting & Analytics – Assist in tracking event performance, attendee engagement, and social media metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Inventory Management – Conduct stock checks, update inventory records, and place orders for event-related materials.
• General Support – Assist in all event-related tasks and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Typically students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in fields like Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related disciplines.
