Job Description

• Promote and sell WMA’s training programs, workshops, and events to individuals and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing.
• Handle inquiries, provide program information, and follow up with leads promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat participation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and strategies.
• Attend WMA events to support client servicing and relationship-building.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience (training, education, or events industry preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Goal-driven, energetic, and able to work independently.
• Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients.
