Job Description
- Promote and sell WMA’s seminars, programs, and events to individuals and corporate clients.
- Communicate with potential clients in Mandarin and English to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend events, networking functions, and exhibitions to grow client base.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Good command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (events, training, or education industry preferred, but fresh grads welcome).
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for business, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
