Job Description
- Set sales targets and monitor performance
- Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Executives
- Plan and execute sales campaigns
- Close key deals and support team in closing
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Work with Marketing on lead generation
- Coordinate with Operations for program delivery
- Handle customer issues and escalations
- Prepare simple sales reports
Job Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience
- 2+ years in sales leadership role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and hands-on
- Experience in education or training industry is a plus
- Proficient Chinese in both speaking and writting
