Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows to optimize business processes (marketing, lead generation, client communication, etc.).
• Develop and deploy automation using platforms such as Python, Zapier, Make (Integromat), OpenAI API, or RPA tools.
• Integrate AI chatbots, CRM automation, and data analytics dashboards to support decision-making and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to map processes and identify areas for digital transformation.
• Ensure data security, accuracy, and system reliability across all automation projects.
• Research and implement emerging AI tools to improve productivity and operational impact.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on AI/automation usage.
• Monitor and analyze automation performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI automation, process automation, or software integration projects.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with API integration, NLP models, and workflow tools (Zapier / Make / UiPath / Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, prompt engineering, and AI model deployment is an advantage.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about leveraging AI to transform business operations and enhance user experience.
