• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote WMA’s training programs, seminars, and conferences.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, and landing pages to strengthen WMA’s brand identity.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools, and optimize for better ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and program teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and consistent visual identity.
• Manage email automation, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
• Research new digital trends, tools, and competitors to improve marketing strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign impact.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing agency, preferably in education, event, or training industries.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and lead generation funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
• Creative, analytical, and able to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns with tight timelines.
