Role Overview
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead the planning and execution of high-impact digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and event ticket sales. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies that connect with our target market and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Plan and implement marketing funnels for event promotions and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the creative team for visuals, videos, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Mentor junior marketing team members when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the events, training, or education industry.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
