Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage HRD Corp–claimable training programs from concept to execution
• Ensure full compliance with HRD Corp guidelines, documentation, and audit requirements
• Prepare and manage HRD Corp submissions, claims, reports, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver training programs smoothly
• Oversee production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage training logistics including venues, schedules, materials, and participant management
• Monitor program quality and participant feedback for continuous improvement
• Act as the main liaison between the company and HRD Corp

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Training Management, HR, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training production or program management
• Strong hands-on experience with HRD Corp processes, claims, and compliance
• Familiar with HRD Corp audit requirements and documentation standards
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage
