Role Overview

As a Senior Seminar & Conference Producer, you will be the driving force behind our flagship events — from conceptualizing impactful programs to managing end-to-end production. This role requires a strategic thinker, creative planner, and meticulous executor who thrives in delivering exceptional event experiences that educate, inspire, and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, production, and execution of large-scale seminars, conferences, and training events.
• Research market trends and identify topics, speakers, and content that resonate with our audience.
• Develop event agendas, secure high-profile speakers, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for maximum event impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Oversee onsite event management to ensure a seamless experience.
• Mentor and guide junior event producers in the team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in event production or conference management (entrepreneur education industry preferred).
• Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver events on time and within scope.
• Passion for education, entrepreneurship, and creating memorable event experiences.
