Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer management.
• Actively source and headhunt potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for key positions across WMA’s business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and data tracking.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting.
• Experience in mass hiring / sales recruitment / event-based roles will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
• Willing to travel occasionally to support events, interviews, or team activities.
