What You’ll Do
- Drive the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Use creative sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals).
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Mentor junior team members and share recruitment best practices.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Min. 3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Goal-driven, organized, and proactive.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus.
