Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management)
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles
• Familiar with job portals and social media recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
