• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across the company
• Conduct interviews and coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers
• Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and company website
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Coordinate offer letters, onboarding, and recruitment documentation
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage
