Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment records.
• Prepare job descriptions and job advertisements for various platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and interview techniques.
• Experience using job platforms such as JobStreet, Hiredly, Ricebowl, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
