Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

• Manage incoming leads and client enquiries, qualify prospects, and guide them through viewings to close deals.
• Maintain client records and follow up consistently to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Marketing & Content

• Create simple marketing assets and short videos for listings, and support digital campaigns to drive more leads.
• Coordinate listings across online portals and social channels to keep inventory visible and current.

Operations & Customer Service

• Support day to day operations including scheduling, paperwork tracking, and liaising with stakeholders to keep transactions moving.
• Handle client service issues calmly and escalate when needed, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to handover.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or candidates with around 0 years experience are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Basic familiarity with property sales concepts or any customer-facing role is an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge or willingness to learn Real Estate sales processes and property management basics.
• Comfort with simple video production for social posts and basic digital marketing tasks.
• Ability to use common office tools and property portals for listing and tracking.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and customer service mindset, with patience and clear follow up habits.
