  Responsibilities:
•  Achieve Monthly Sales Target 
• Generate personal leads for sales conversion 
• Build rapport and relationship with existing and potential clients 
• Maintaining and improving tele-sales and or Sales scripts 
• Works with marketing staff to develop detailed sales plans 
• Leading the team in the event of previews and roadshows in closing sales. 
• Tracks all sales data and creates detailed written reports presentations 
• Assess and analyses the reasons of success and failure in all sales events and suggest for improvement
