Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Create wireframes, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate communication between product owners, designers, developers, and QA.
- Prepare detailed reports and present insights to management and clients.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support deployment activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, JIRA, or Trello.
- Experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
