Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients for cloud solutions.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Track and update client interactions in the CRM system.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential customers.
  • Identify target markets and opportunities for cloud solution adoption.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve sales strategies.

Cloud Solutions Knowledge:

  • Learn and understand the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's cloud offerings.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud computing technologies and industry use cases.

Customer Engagement:

  • Assist in client meetings or calls, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Respond to inquiries about cloud solutions and direct them to the appropriate team members.

Event Participation:

  • Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and networking events to promote cloud solutions.
  • Support event preparation, including setting up marketing materials and coordinating with vendors.


Job Requirements

Key Skills to Look For:

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing (bonus if familiar with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Tencent Cloud).
