Job Description
- Assist in customer onboarding, monitor their account usage and follow up with their payment
- Prepared and issued Invoices, Official Receipts (OR), and Statements of Account (SOA).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and journal.
- Maintain document control for invoices, contracts and receipts so records are audit-ready.
- Prepare basic financial statements and supporting schedules for month-end close.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant finance or admin experience, ideally in a small company or software setting.
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Document Control skills and experience preparing Financial Statements.
- Practical book keeping knowledge with hands-on experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to speak Chinese will be added advantage
