Job Description
As an AI Automation builder you will take prototypes and scale them into reliable automation services. You will connect models to apps, test flows end to end, and make sure solutions work smoothly for real users.
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and implementing AI automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Explore AI tools, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation platforms for practical business applications.
- Support the development and testing of AI-powered workflows, chatbots, and automated processes.
- Assist in integrating AI tools and APIs with existing software applications and business systems.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and explore opportunities to automate them using AI technologies.
- Assist in developing proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to demonstrate automation ideas.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation of AI automation workflows.
- Collaborate with software developers and other team members to identify automation requirements and implement suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and reports on automation projects.
- Keep up to date with the latest AI automation tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Perform other AI automation and software-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Interested in AI technology, workflow automation, and software development.
- Willing to learn about Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, and automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or another programming language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automation platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new technologies.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
