Job Description
- Identify and establish contact with potential clients, including lead generation and sales conversions
- Follow digital industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend marketing and conversion strategies
- Schedule and present company offerings with potential clients
- Develop, maintain and own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Evaluate the needs of clients and promote services
- Ensure retention and satisfaction including problem management
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
- Work closely with product development and technical support
- Weekly team planning and progress reporting across all initiatives
Job Requirements
- Diploma/degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail oriented, result-driven and analytical
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
