Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Finance functions.
Human Resources & Finance Support.
- Help manage employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, memos, and documents.
- Assist in reaching out to potential or interested clients through calls, emails, or messages to gather marketing contact information.
- Provide overall administrative support to the HR and Finance teams.
- Support cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and financial principles is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
