Job Description

 

  • Develop and execute livestream operation strategies, including scheduling, product selection, event planning, and traffic generation.
  •  Track livestream metrics (UV, PV, conversion rate, AOV, ROI), prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and propose improvements.
  •  Coordinate with product selection, procurement, warehousing, and customer service teams to ensure product availability and after-sales support.
  •  Plan livestream content, review scripts, coordinate guest participation, and design interactive online activities.
  •  Research competitors and market trends to continuously enhance livestream processes and user experience.

Please note this role will be situated at Menara PKNS, 17, Jalan Yong Shook Lin, Seksyen 7, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.


Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce livestream operations; familiarity with major platform rules and formats.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English, with proficiency in verbal and written forms. Mandarin proficiency is essential to facilitate effective communication and liaison with clients from China.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, platform dashboards); strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and cross-department coordination abilities; capable of managing multiple livestreams simultaneously.
