You’ll be going live on TikTok, interacting with viewers, showing off cool products, and making sure everyone’s having a great time. Job Responsibilities:

• Host product livestream sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop to drive sales and engagement.
• Plan livestream scripts, interactive segments, and promotional activities based on product features and target audience.
• Collaborate with the team on product selection, testing, props preparation before livestream, and data analysis after livestream.
• Interact with followers in real-time, answer product inquiries, and maintain brand image and user engagement.
• Continuously optimize livestream style and scripts to improve watch time, conversion rates, and repeat purchases.

Job Requirements

• Good appearance and presence; fluent in English and Malay; Chinese is a plus.
• 0-1 year experience in e-commerce or social platform livestreaming.
• Familiar with platform rules, formats, and performance metrics (viewers, likes, conversion rate, average order value, etc.).
• Strong on-camera presence, communication skills, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing follower base or experience managing personal social media (≥ 5,000 followers).
• Ability to try and review a variety of products; capable of writing livestream scripts independently.
• Rich experience in livestreaming or content creation, especially in beauty/cosmetics or e-commerce.
