 We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team!
If you're someone who’s familiar with TikTok campaigns or Xiaohongshu content, and passionate about creative work for brands across social, digital ads, websites, and beyond, we’d love to have you.
Familiarity with TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or livestream design formats is a big plus.
We’re a lively, energetic bunch, so we’re looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating with a fast-moving, enthusiastic crew.

What you'll do:

• Design digital-first visuals and short-form video content for social media, digital ads, landing pages, and EDMs.
• Work closely with the Art Director, designers, videographer, performance marketing team and content strategists to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals.
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform formats, meme culture, and live content styles. Apply them creatively in your work.
• Contribute to campaign pitches — from research and insight gathering to visual strategy and presentation.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in advertising/media/marketing related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects).
• Knowledge of additional skills such as HTML5, motion graphics, or animation will be a plus.
•  Familiar with social media and digital advertising requirements.
• Excellent time and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects.
• An ability to translate client briefs into creative that fits their needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently.
