We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is on the lookout for an IT Engineering Intern to support our internal tech ecosystem and help us scale smarter, faster, and more securely. You’ll assist our team in IT Support & Infrastructure, Web & Hosting Management, Automation & Digital Tools Integration, and analyzing data.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing and troubleshooting office hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Support website maintenance, hosting configurations, and domain management
• Provide IT support for the team (email setup, software installations, access control, etc.)
• Help with system upgrades, security patches, and backups
• Work on internal automation or scripting projects (Google Workspace, task management tools, etc.)
• Assist in optimizing cloud storage and workflow tools used by our creative and digital teams
• Create, enhance and maintain automations 
• Improve internal workflows by integrating tools
• Develop internal dashboards or data tools
• Research and test new tools that boost productivity
• Support teams with basic technical needs
• Document technical processes and provide user-friendly guides

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, AWS, etc.)
• Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., GoHighLevel, Pabbly, GetResponse, WordPress, HTML/CSS, cPanel) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• You love social media, keep up with the latest trends, and genuinely enjoy the space.
• Most importantly, you bring a can-do attitude, a solution-first mindset, and a hunger to learn and grow.
