Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Editing: Edit high-quality, engaging, and fast-paced short videos specifically optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Shoppable & E-commerce Content: Create persuasive "shoppable" videos that highlight product features, follow current e-commerce trends, and drive viewer conversions.
• Motivational Content: Edit and produce impactful motivational videos that resonate deeply with our target audience.
• Trend Adaptation: Utilize the latest visual effects, trending audio, text animations, and transitions to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content creation teams to brainstorm new ideas and bring digital campaigns to life.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio or proven experience in editing short-form videos suitable for TikTok and similar platforms.
• Good understanding of the pacing, hooks, and style required for shoppable videos (e-commerce) or motivational videos.
• Proficiency in video editing software/apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects).
• A creative mindset with an excellent eye for detail, storytelling, and digital trends.
• Skill Assessment: Please note that as part of our interview process, shortlisted candidates will be provided with raw materials/assets to complete a short editing test to assess your skills.
