Job Description

• Assist with basic accounting, bookkeeping, and filing of documentation.
• Support credit control activities, including the preparation of payment vouchers and handling accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Assist in preparing and processing invoices in the system for payment requests (if required).
• Update and maintain payment records in the accounting system.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.
• Provide support for other finance, accounting, and administrative-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing at least LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required.
• Minimum internship duration: 3 – 6 months.
• Required attributes: Independent, responsible, self-motivated, with a good attitude and strong communication skills.
• Based in Office, Monday to Friday
• Easily accessible by public transport (LRT/MRT).
• Interested candidates are required to provide their latest resume, semester results, and internship letter.
