Job Description

 Responsible for overseeing and supporting the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, statutory requirements, and established accounting standards. The role also encompasses administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and overall organizational efficiency. 


Job Requirements

Financial Management

  • Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports in compliance with applicable standards
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability
  • Perform financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
  • Implement cost control measures and oversee budget alignment

Accounting

  • Manage day-to-day accounting processes including bookkeeping and journal entries
  • Maintain and ensure accurate record of financial transactions
  • Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure all payments are processed in line with internal controls and approval procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and handle all tax-related filings and matters.
  • Lead and support external and internal audit processes.
  • Handle the full spectrum of e-invoice management and compliance with government platforms
  • Ensure daily operations adhere to established policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate finance-related needs.
  • Manage financial document filing and record-keeping systems.
  •  Monitor inventory and initiate procurement within budgetary constraints

Account Support

  • Assist in all finance department activities and initiatives.
  • Manage finance-related errands and inter-departmental requests.
  • Stay updated on business developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial and operational procedures.

Administrative & Operational Support

  •  Ensure daily administrative and financial operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  •  Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support finance-related matters and operational needs.
  •  Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement activities within approved budget constraints.
  •  Assist in the implementation and enhancement of internal financial and operational procedures.
  •  Support departmental initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
