Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through meetings or via telephone
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing customers
  • Advise customer diligently about possible delay on delivery
  • To timely & systematically execute all orders received from customers.
  • To ensure documentation are process in accordance to ISO from customers.
  • To ensure documentation for customers are properly filed.
  • To timely prepare quotation for customer’s enquiry with accuracy.
  • To timely process all orders in accordance to ISO Procedures within time frame stipulated.
  • To timely prepare job monitoring schedules.
  • To properly filed all documents for Sales & Marketing Department (e.g., Quotation, drawing).
  • To coordinates with production department for On Time Delivery to customers.
  • To carry out any other assignment as and when requested by HOD.
  • To liaise with logistics to ensure smooth delivery 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings with the production to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objective
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Achieving sales target
  • Identify and grow opportunities and collaboration within territory
  • Completing the administrative work as required
  • Must report all activities to General Manager and Cc’s to Operation Manager

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least post Graduate Diploma in Business Development / Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent in MS Office (Words,Excel, etc.)
