As our Sales Consultant, you’ll actively engage with potential clients, present tailored interior design and renovation solutions, and close sales. This is a commission-based role, perfect for individuals who are passionate about achieving and exceeding targets. Resilient, results-oriented individuals who enjoy the thrill of sales and have a natural ability to connect with people are highly encouraged to apply.

Your daily bread & butter:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various lead funnels (social media, referrals, ads, etc.).
• Conduct site visits & consultations with clients to understand their interior design and renovation needs.
• Prepare quotations based on client's requirements.
• Present tailored design solutions, templated packages and project proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets by managing sales pipelines effectively.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Become the main liaison between client & weReka, handling all matters related to customer inquiries, complaints and etc.

Job Requirements

 Must-Haves:

•  Own transport for meeting clients and attending appointments.
•  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
•  Ability to understand client needs and confidently present design concepts.
•  Fluency in English & Malay.
•  Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
•  Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and manage sales pipelines efficiently.

Nice-to-Haves:

•  Previous experience in a sales role, especially in the interior design, renovation, or related industries.
•  Proficiency in Mandarin.
•  Knowledge of interior design concepts and market trends.
