The Technician provides technical support to production by maintaining and troubleshooting the CIM, and Turnstile systems to ensure they operate in good condition. Additionally, this role assists in projects focused on traceability and logistic monitoring.

Diploma / certificate in engineering field or equivalent.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Regular

• Install, setup and deploy hardware related to CIM, and Turnstile system.

• Troubleshoot issue and hardware failure and do necessary rectification.

• Communicate with production team on CIM machine status

• Practice preventive maintenance activity for SATO printer.

• Registering employee badge for production turnstile access.

• Write record and report email at the end of shift regarding CIM status and activities carried out.

• Comply to all related ISO standard requirement.

Irregular

• Monitor contractor during project activities.

• Perform other related duties assign by the Immediate Superior as necessary.
