Job Description

Pulling samples, performing reliability testing on production products and R&D products. Compile the raw data and publish reliability report

Regular Responsibilities

• Scope and Define tasks: Test and sample arrangement follow priority which to meet the delivery deadline for production or R&D product.
• Tool Operation: Operate microscope, baking chambers, MST (Media Servo Tester), blade testers, Kubota testers also to ensure high-quality test is performed.
• Tool maintenance: manage spare parts inventory, perform PM within schedule, troubleshoot blade tester, Kubota testers and baking chambers.
• Data Interpretation and Reporting: Analyze from raw data and generate detailed reports for engineering teams.
• Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and upstream/downstream colleagues and ensure smooth operation without miscommunication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide continuous support to production in reliability methodologies, enhance tool performance, and optimize workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education Requirement:

• Diploma in any Engineering or science discipline

Skill / Experience Requirement:

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office applications
• Required to work in 12 hours shift pattern with day or night cycles
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment
• Good eyesight and able to use high power microscopes
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Possess good analytical skills
• Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision
