Young and energetic Technician to support our operations and R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemistry, Material Science, or related fields, and a passion for hands-on technical work. This role offers a great opportunity to grow professionally while working with advanced equipment and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory, testing, or production equipment.

· Prepare samples, conduct experiments, and assist in material testing as per standard procedures.

· Support product development, quality control, or maintenance teams with technical tasks.

· Monitor processes and equipment parameters; report anomalies or deviations promptly.

· Record accurate test results, observations, and process data and reports.

· Assist engineers during trials, installations, and commissioning activities.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company safety policies.

· Support process and equipment troubleshooting.

· Manage inventory of R&D material required for day-to-day activities.

· Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
