What You’ll Be Doing
Client Consultation & Advisory
• Engage with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns and treatment goals.
• Recommend suitable treatments, skincare solutions, and programs based on professional assessment.
• Educate clients on treatment options, benefits, safety, and aftercare.
Sales & Performance
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective consultation and follow-up.
• Promote treatment plans, membership packages, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain accurate client records for follow-up and service continuity.
Customer Experience
• Deliver a warm, professional, and consistent client experience throughout each visit.
• Build long-lasting client relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and service needs with care and professionalism.
Product & Industry Knowledge
• Stay updated with the latest aesthetic trends, skincare products, clinical technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Participate actively in ongoing training on treatments, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Job Requirements
