Job Description

About the Role: 

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL), with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL functions
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage financial reporting, including management reports, variance analysis, and performance insights
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with exposure to full set of accounts and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
