Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on finance professional to support financial reporting, internal control processes across multiple entities, month-end closing and GL operations. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors/accountants, while also supporting management reporting and office-level P&L analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the general ledger structure
- Design chart of accounts and accounting mapping rules
- Lead month-end closing process
- Review expense classification and accounting entries
- Prepare financial statements
- Improve financial controls and SOPs
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors
- Support management reporting and office-level P&L analysis
Job Requirements
- 5 - 8 years finance/accounting experience
- Experience in financial reporting and internal control
- Financial services / FinTech / payment / exposure preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- ACCA / CPA / MIA preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
