About the role

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and administrative tasks
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and communications
• Assist in maintaining HR systems, data updates, and reporting
• Support process improvement initiatives, including workflow documentation and optimisation
• Assist in reviewing and streamlining internal processes for better efficiency
• Support cross-functional coordination on ongoing projects

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
