We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager to manage and oversee all contract-related matters throughout project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in contract negotiation, risk assessment, cost control, and ensuring compliance with project and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre- and post-contract administration in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
- Review, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all contract terms, scope, and obligations are clearly understood and properly executed.
- Monitor project progress, variation orders, extension of time (EOT), and cost implications.
- Work closely with Project and Quantity Surveying teams on budget control and claims.
- Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation for dispute resolution if necessary.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation throughout the project duration.
- Ensure all contractual risks are identified and mitigated appropriately.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in facade/aluminium/glass construction.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts (e.g., PAM, CIDB, and FIDIC).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, contract software/tools is an added advantage.
