Job Overview:

This role focuses on software application support within the telecommunication industry. You will be involved in system configuration, upgrades, and technical support to ensure smooth business operations, while also assisting in integration and troubleshooting with external vendors. Although the projects are in the telecom domain, the responsibilities are more software-oriented (SQL, scripting, system support) rather than pure networking. Responsibilities:

1. Involve in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
2. Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business Operation, System Upgrading.
3. Responsible for preparation, creation and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
4. Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
5. Provide the high-quality service for the clients to meet win-win cooperation.
6. Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, Information System or equivalent.
2. Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell script, and Python script.
3. Responsible, warm, sincere, teamwork, willing to work under pressure, and have good learning capacity with creativeness.
4. Have strong customer service orientation, and good interpersonal skills.
5. Well verse in English and mandarin communication both reading and writing.
