Job Description

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination  
• Support hiring for various technology roles (e.g. engineering, QA, cloud, DevOps, product, etc.)  
• Learn and understand job scopes, skill requirements, and role expectations for different tech positions  
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers  
• Support employer branding initiatives such as job ads, campus hiring, and LinkedIn postings  
• Assist with onboarding preparation for new hires  
• Perform other ad-hoc HR or recruitment-related tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields  
• Strong interest in recruitment and the tech industry  
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus, depending on role needs)  
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn  
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with proper guidance  
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and team player
