At Whitedge Marketing, we are a marketing-first company that brings both international and local brands to life across Malaysia, spanning beauty, skincare, personal care, baby & child care, and F&B. From strategy and branding all the way to retail shelves and digital storefronts, we do it all. As our Creative Designer, you won't just be executing briefs, you'll be strategizing, presenting ideas, and owning the creative direction of real brands, real campaigns, and real launches across online and offline.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and present creative concepts and campaign directions for a diverse portfolio of brands
• Design and produce assets across digital platforms, including social content, e-commerce visuals, digital banners, online mailers, and video reels
• Design offline collaterals including retail POSM, event and expo booth designs, packaging, and print materials
• Manage projects from creative brief through to final production and vendor coordination
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Contribute to the monthly content calendar and seasonal campaign planning

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in advertising/media/marketing related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
• Experience with both print production and digital asset creation
• Able to present and articulate creative ideas clearly
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Passion for consumer brands, beauty, or F&B industries
• Proficiency in Mandarin language (added advantage)
• Possess own transport (added advantage)
