At Whitedge Marketing, we build strategies to grow exciting local and international brands across categories like skincare, cosmetics, baby care, personal care, and F&B. We work closely with top retail partners - including Watsons, Guardian, major grocery chains, and convenience store networks - to bring these brands to consumers nationwide.

Our focus lies in strategic marketing and brand activation that drive real growth across both offline retail and online platforms. More than just placing products, we aim to make good brands accessible - offering better options in the market and enriching consumers’ lives.

What you’ll experience

This internship isn’t about photocopying papers. You’ll join a young, passionate team where your voice is heard, your ideas are tested, and your work can be seen in real campaigns. Whether it’s crafting social media content, helping out at product launch events, or doing market research that actually gets used - you’ll be part of something real.

📱 Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Brainstorm and propose creative ideas for reels, photos, videos, livestreams, and campaigns.
• Produce, shoot and assist in editing content (product showcase, behind-the-scenes, interviews, tutorials, etc.).
• Coordinate with team members, models, or external vendors during content shooting.
• Write captions, design visuals, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor engagement trends and respond to comments/messages professionally.

📣 Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Conduct market trends and competitor analysis to suggest fresh content ideas.
• Assist in organizing & promoting events or product launches
• Monitor & report on the performance of sales, marketing campaigns
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed  

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Production, Advertising, Creative Arts or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with an interest in FMCG (beauty, cosmetics, personal care, F&B)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (word, ppt, excel)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop is a plus).
• Confident, outgoing personality with willingness to appear in content.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Able to do at least 3 months internship (full working from the office on Monday - Friday)
• Available to start as soon as possible
