At Whitedge Marketing, we build strategies to grow exciting local and international brands across skincare, cosmetics, baby care, personal care, and F&B. We work closely with top retail partners including Watsons, Guardian, major grocery chains, and convenience store networks, to bring these brands to consumers nationwide.

Our focus is on strategic marketing and brand activation that drives real growth across both offline retail and online platforms. More than just placing products, we aim to make good brands accessible, offering better options in the market and enriching consumers' lives.

What you'll experience

This isn't an internship about sitting on the sidelines. You'll be hands-on from day one, writing captions that actually go live, creating content for brands people recognise, and learning what it really takes to build a brand's presence online. If you're someone who's always on social media and thinks you could do it better, this is your chance to prove it.

What you'll do

• Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Assist in managing posting schedules and community engagement across brand accounts
• Support the development and execution of social media campaigns and brand activations
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and platform best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with the team on product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor and compile performance reports on content and social media activity
• Provide general support to the marketing team as needed

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Advertising, Design or a related field
• Active on social media and genuinely curious about what makes content perform well
• A creative eye with an interest in beauty, skincare, personal care, or F&B
• Basic familiarity with content creation tools - Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Strong written communication skills in English, BM
• A team player who can keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to at least 3 months, full-time, Monday to Friday from our office
• Available to start as soon as possible
