Your Responsibilities

• Serve gelato and desserts to customers with a warm and friendly attitude 
• Prepare and serve the waffle and gelato
• Handle POS transactions and cash collection 
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards at all times 
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels 
• Perform opening and closing duties according to SOP 
• Assist with sampling and promotional activities 
• Provide product recommendations and explain our unique plant-based offerings to customers 
• Ensure customers have a positive experience with our brand

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Malaysian or valid work permit holder 
• Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is an advantage) 
• Friendly, responsible and punctual 
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays 
• No experience required; training will be provided 
• Experience in F&B, café, ice cream, bakery or retail is an added advantage
