Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the overall administrative work and ensure the smooth running of daily operation in the studio.
Support executive in travel management including detailed itineraries, flights, hotel and transport hire.
Dealing with incoming emails, calls and correspondence.
In-charge of office supplies and record.
To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties when required.

Job Requirements

Requirement

Secretary = keep secret, integrity and confidentiality are vital professional ethics to our team.
MUST Efficiency and good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint or any Human Resource tools.
Able to multi-task and have strong organizational skill.
