Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- SAP data entry and maintain updated recording.
- Work planning and staff allocation.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with teams and other departments to optimize operations and meet schedules.
- Perform In-Process checking to safeguard quality.
- Maintain process integrity and inventory accuracy.
- Training and staff competency development.
- Develop, review and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production / packing operations while participating in the training and competency development of production / packing personnel.
Job Requirements
Requirement and Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical Science/Food Science/Engineering or equivalent and with at least 3 years of experience in related field.
- Possess good mechanical knowledge and relevant working experience in the manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in using SAP/ERP system will be added value.
- Knowledge in cGMP and ISO17025 is advantageous.
- Good communication skill, able to work independently, excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Computer-literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- 1 Full-Time position available.
- To be based in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
