Responsibilities:

Manage Distributor - Gold Eagle base at Batu Pahat, Johor
Coverage : Kluang, batu Pahat to Mersing.
Develop sale plan and running sales operation in build and coach a group of DSR/Merchandisers.
Problems solving on Sales operation, Business planning, coaching to sales team, etc.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Business management preferable.

Experience:

Distributor management
Trade experience in Southern region market
Have personal care background (either current or prior to that)
